Interview on GizmoSapiens Podcast
I was recently interviewed by my good friend Christopher Centers for the GizmoSapiens Podcast. It was a fun 2 hours, yeah, 2 hours, where we talked about my current writing projects, The Epherium Chronicles and The Reese Daniels Smuggler series. We also talked about some new projects, including the next Reese Daniels story, a new time travel/alternative history storyline called The Hayden Lockhart novels and a new short fiction story line, From the Files of Hero Division.
The writing process can take different forms for writers and I talked about mine, which mainly starts with an idea, then research, and plotting. I look at a broader story arc, twists, and build character arcs. To me, relatable characters are just as important as the main storyline. It helps readers invest their time, immerse in the story and make it their own. It truly makes plot twists and character growth moments even more satisfying.
