Embrace's First Review
I noticed on Amazon that I have my first review for Embrace since it was released from my publisher, Carina Press, on March 3, 2014. It seems I made a convert of a romance reader to a sci-fi enthusiast. I'll chalk that one up in the win column, especially since my publisher specializes in romance. :)
Anyway, here's what the review had to say, and I've posted a link to it below:
I strayed from my love of sappy romance novels to
give this book a try. I was shocked about how fast the author sucked me into a
new world, a world that I am impatiently awaiting the next in the series. I
read from another reviewer that it would make a great television series and I
would have to agree with that reviewer. The book can be very technical about
the inner workings of how space travel and all the gadgets that go with it
operate. Coming from a romance novel and current fiction reader, I had to stop
and pause and think about what the author wrote instead of just flying through
the book. I will recommend this book to all my past gamer and D&D friends
that always spent late nights debating on how some books never gave enough
details on how things could actually work. Great Book!
